Image Supply Service (ISS) was founded in 1988 to serve the needs of technical service professionals.
Originally established to provide a reliable source for the 3M Portable Vacuum and accessories within the copier and printer industry, ISS quickly became a trusted partner to organizations requiring dependable supply and responsive support.

In 2024, Andrew Wiese acquired ISS following a 22-year career in IT enterprise distribution.
What he found was a company already built on the principles he knew: consistency, organization, responsiveness, and long-term customer relationships.
Today
ISS supplies technical service and maintenance professionals across multiple industries — including Copier & Printer, POS, Banking & ATM, Medical Imaging, HVAC, and Robotics.
While industries differ, expectations remain the same: reliability, responsiveness, and consistency.
